Vivability is a not for profit, registered charity and leading disability service provider operating across Bathurst and Lithgow for more than 35 years. Formerly known as Interchange, the organisation delivers a wide range of person centred supports including supported accommodation, respite, drop in support, day programs, work training, recreation, therapy services and behavioural intervention. Vivability also operates several social enterprises including The Bathurst Cleaning Company, Café VIVA and VIVA’s 3 Veg Farm, providing meaningful employment for people with disability at full award wages.
With a strong commitment to independence, self determination and community participation, Vivability supports children, adults, ageing individuals and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
