Originating in Brisbane, Shamrock Civil have expanded it’s operations across 4 states in Australia, with permanent offices established in Brisbane, Townsville, Adelaide, Melbourne, Rockhampton. Darwin and most recently Roma.
We take a practical approach to meeting the needs of our clients and managing the risks to our operations, by:
Maintaining a core group of experienced supervisors, leading hands, tradesman and operators with expertise in a diverse range of civil operations; and
Supporting the workforce with professional project management teams who provide the necessary leadership and direction informed by controlling and monitoring time and costs, procurement, resources, and scheduling.
The backdrop to this is a continual improvement process, which validates our lessons learnt.
