Stephanie Lyons is a seasoned enterprise and investment risk management professional with over 15 years of experience spanning superannuation, finance, risk, compliance, audit and governance. As the General Manager of Enterprise and Investment Risk at Rest, she oversees the management of one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, with over $90 billion in assets under management.
Stephanie’s expertise extends to strategic mergers, risk and compliance frameworks, and driving transformative projects that enhance operational excellence and member outcomes. She is a Harvard Business School alumna and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, recognized for her leadership and innovative approach.
Beyond her executive role, Stephanie is passionate about governance and community impact. She serves as a Non-Executive Director at Equestrian Australia, chairing its Finance, Risk, and Audit Committee, and as an Independent Representative on World Sailing’s Audit and Risk Committee.
