About our Speaker:
HE Ms Chantelle Monique Taylor is a senior career officer with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and Australia’s Ambassador to Ireland.
Most recently, Ms Taylor was the Special Adviser on Australia’s Afghanistan Assisted Departures Program. She has previously served overseas as the A/g Consul-General in Honolulu and as First Secretary at the Australian High Commission in Ottawa.
Ms Taylor specialises in security-related foreign policy, as DFAT’s former policy lead on Defence, intelligence and national security, including on NATO engagement, and has strong leadership, crisis and risk-management credentials. She is married with two children.
