We regularly measure:
- our engagement scores of staff (which is current 89% of all staff acknowledge that Maddocks is a great place to work)
- our client service (which is currently at 99% of clients saying we understand their business needs and 94% of clients saying Maddocks are friendly)
This is coupled with our market leading legal support on some of the largest and most complex matters in the market during FY22 including acting for more than half of the ASX 100 and all 3 segments of Govt (Commonwealth, State and Local).
