The IACC annual Spring Racing corporate lunch in Melbourne, on the eve of the Cox Plate. Featuring industry experts, tipsters and representatives from the international stables taking part in Melbourne's Spring Racing Carnival.

We are delighted to announce the first of our speakers for the 2018 edition, Shane McGrath, CEO of Aquis Farm.  Shane is a well respected figure in the Australasian bloodstock industry and was General Manager of Victoria’s Eliza Park for 15 years and prior to joining Aquis Farm was Bloodstock Sales Manager for Coolmore Australia.  Shane's experience as an Irishman in Australia, having worked with some of the largest racing operations in the world, and now in a pivotal role supporting increased Asian investment into the Australian bloodstock scene will be fascinating.

Joining Shane will be Matt Chapman, across from the UK for the big Spring races. Matt is an award winning broadcaster who can currently be seen on ITV Racing, SKY and Atthraces. Matt worked on The Independent, the International Racing Bureau in Newmarket before writing for the Racing Post for eight years when he then moved onto our screens.  With a 'say it as it is' attitude, he was HWPA Brodcaster of the Year in 2010, and has been a finalist in the votes for that award every year since. He also won the public-voted Racing Post Broadcasters' World Cup that year. Outspoken but respected, Matt is a broadcaster with a difference and we can't wait to hear what he has in store for us in Melbourne!

Simon Marshall will also be joining our lineup, a multiple Group 1 winning Australian jockey who excelled in the big weight-for-age races before retiring in 1997 (for the first time!). Nowadays, his sense of humour and insightful tipping have made him a favourite on our screens and airwaves, not to mention the Sportsbet podcasts!
